On implementation projects we work with technical as well as organisational challenges to ensure that the business benefits are met. When working on-site with our customers, we are found in the gap between people and systems. By empowering people, we create good stories together with our customers. You will be working with one or more of our Project Leaders/Senior Consultants in a professional environment with an informal atmosphere. The tasks will vary from project support to individually-driven projects. You will gain experience with implementation from project initiation through analysis and execution. You will be working with driving changes in systems and processes and moving the minds of people. There is no typical workday, but we are often found to be facilitating a workshop with suppliers, walking along a production line with technicians or presenting recommendations to management.
As it is our aim to ensure your professional development, you can expect that responsibility and the complexity of your tasks will increase with your experience. When you start up your first projects, you will be assigned a seasoned colleague as a mentor to provide you with guidance and support.
You are passionate about creating good stories with a no-compromise attitude and a yearning for becoming better. You do not necessarily have a technical background, but you do possess a technical curiosity. Expect to be put in challenging situations - but even though you are self-driven, you are not afraid to ask for help when needed. Also, you are an eager learner without fear of the unknown, and can transform newly acquired knowledge into finding the best solution. Finally, you might not have experience, but you do have talent and passion.
