What we do > Training
Our vision is to “Empower people and foster
the good stories”. All our training activities should directly be
turned into real improvements and change in behavior.
To be able to do that, we are not offering general
theory courses. Our experiences tell us that learning has to be a mix
of theory, hands on experience and reflection.
Our training in general lean competencies is
divided up into 3 steps. After step three you will be at the level we
call Lean Ambassador. As Lean Ambassador your will be comfortable at
driving lean initiatives in your own organization.
