We are extremely happy to announce that Thorbjørn Steensen has decided to join Emendo as a consultant as of 1st of January 2009. Thorbjørn holds a Bachelor in mechanical engineering and a Master degree in automotive engineering. Thorbjørn has recently held positions as Plant Director and Techincal Manager at Flügger A/S, which has given valuable experience and success in change management, strategy development and lean implementation. From previous positions in the food and pharmaceutical industries Thorbjørn has a proven track record in project management.

We are happy to announce that Lars Krog-Jensen has decided to join emendo as a consultant as of 1st of March 2008. Lars comes from a position as Production Manager at FOSS. Lars holds a Master degree in mechanical engineering and is also a Captain in the Reserve (Army). Lars has experience with Project Management and LEAN from his previous positions and has a proven and successful track record in these areas.

Niels Welling has been a part of emendo since November 1st 2008. Niels holds a Master ’s degree in civil engineering from DTU and has since been focusing primarily on the field of logistics. Until his employment with emendo, Niels held the position of purchase and sourcing manager at Foss Analytical A/S, which involved people, project and change management, implementation of ERP systems and lean, spend analysis and procurement of components for high-tech analytical instruments. So far Niels’ career has given him both valuable and extremely useful experience regarding management, and the ability to create a complete overview of complex problems and their solutions.

Just before leaving the US, Bo Harvig received the “Town of Clayton Recognition” for serving the Clayton community well since September 2003 as an entrepreneur and as an enthusiastic and hard working citizen of the town.

It has been decided to change the company name to emendo a/s and split the ownership. Effective from the 1st of July 2007, Bo Harvig has been appointed managing partner, CEO. Anders Arnum Jensen is appointed chairman of the board.
